Where?
BECE 2024 takes place at the ICC Ghent, Familie van Rysselberghedreef 2 in Ghent. It’s located in the Citadelpark, near the railway station Gent-Sint-Pieters.
It is easy to reach by bike or by public transport. There will be 1 free parking space provided per company.
When?
BECE 2024 takes place on 6/03/2024
Planning of the day:
8 -11:30 AM Build up of company booths
12AM Welcome address by the faculty dean and the organisation
12AM-1PM Sandwich lunch for the recruiters
1-2 PM Ten companies will introduce themselves in a pitch of 10 minutes. The presentations take place in the Jan van Eyck room and Hubert van Eyck room on the first floor.
2-6 PM Job fair where students can visit the company booths. The fair takes place on the ground floor and first floor of the ICC.
6-8 PM Networking reception. Here, recruiters can interact with the students in a more informal setting.
