About the Role
Your Impact
Have you graduated (or will so soon) and are you looking for your first, cool job as a Quality & Compliance Engineer in life sciences? Then Ordina will provide you with that springboard: during our Traineeship program, we will fully immerse you in the world of Quality & Compliance Engineering. You will learn, among other things, how to validate processes, how to produce quality assurance reports, how to manage an engineering project from A to Z and you will obtain your first certificates.
Finally, you will be deployed to support the business while qualifying and validating processes at a wide range of customers with a strong focus on major pharmaceutical players: all rely on our experts to ensure that products, processes, systems and services in the pharmaceutical sector meet regional and global quality standards.
Benefits
We know that a traineeship always produces excellent employees. Moreover, you are an Ordina employee with a permanent contract from day one of your training. After a crash course, you'll have full confidence to work immediately on an exciting, concrete project at one of our clients. With the necessary support from your managers and colleagues, of course. We guarantee this support throughout your career, because Ordina attaches great importance to training and development. Before you know it, you might be evolving into an expert role.
By the way, did we mention that working at Ordina is a lot of fun? You end up in a company with a very open, transparent culture that really puts its people - you - first. You’ll learn very quickly, thanks to our training courses, competence centers and your colleagues. And you'll quickly discover that at Ordina we also like to let off some steam at various get-togethers, the annual unit weekend or simply with an Open Bar to kick off the weekend. Finally, all this is complemented by an attractive salary with fringe benefits such as a fancy company car, laptop, insurance package, meal vouchers and expense allowance.
