Product Manager – Specialty Feed Additives

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, develop and implement proposals for concepts and new products based on thorough market, field and literature research
• Design and coordinate trials in cooperation with universities and other research institutes
• Analyze, interpret, report and present trial results in a clear way and write technical articles for publication in scientific and semi-scientific journals
• Build and maintain a strong network with researchers in the animal feed industry and other relevant research domains

• Masters Degree in Bio-Engineering Science, preferentially in animal production and nutrition
• Analytical | structured and methodical | enterprising | creative

Technical Account/Sales Manager – Feed Additives

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and grow sales of our specialty feed additive portfolio in Europe and Export markets
• Actively identify new leads and convert these opportunities to sales to achieve targets
• Develop a good understanding of the key nutritional customer needs and support these needs by creating and delivering nutritional value
• Pro-actively share market knowledge and provide input to product and marketing management to develop and support training and marketing materials
• Building a strong network with key influencers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure long-term value creation and to strengthen the company image

• Masters Degree in Bio-Engineering Science, preferentially in animal production and nutrition
