Crop's is a European leader in the production and sales of frozen vegetables,
frozen fruits & frozen culinary meals for retail, industry and foodservice. We have our own growing and processing factories: 4 vegetables, 4 fruits, 1 culinary meals in Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Morocco and Costa Rica.
We started back in 1977 as a family-owned Belgian company. Decades later, we are still the same, only bigger.
To us, the entire story begins at the field. Rather than outsourcing our ingredients, we chose to grow them ourselves. We have discovered the best terroirs around the world and that is where we chose to locate our sustainable plantations and production centers, staying in close cooperation with local experts.
We preserve nature’s fruit and vegetables in its purest form: by flash-freezing it at peak ripeness within a very short time from collecting.
Furthermore, we blend our own vegetables and starches with protein ingredients coming from high-quality (vegetable) protein suppliers. To finalise, we top this base off with one of our tasty home-made sauces or light seasonings.
Only this way, we end up with a perfectly balanced and tasty fruit or vegetable applications.
